Prior to his leadership positions at ADP, O'Brien spent nine years at Fortune 100 company, TIAA, as EVP of Human Resources, driving performance and engagement through strategic talent initiatives. Previously, he held HR leadership roles at Merrill Lynch supporting global markets, and at Morgan Stanley where he led HR operations across New York, Hong Kong, and Japan.

For the last four years, O'Brien has served as an Executive Advisory Board Member at SemperVirens Venture Capital, an early stage Venture Capital firm investing in technology transforming work, health, and financial wellness.
